Hobbies: All things yoga and dance, swimming, walking, reading, travelling and recently skiing!
Qualifications: 500hr Vinyasa Flow Yoga in India, 200hr Hatha Yoga in Morocco and London both Yoga Alliance UK accredited. 2:1 BA Hons Creative Arts (Dance & Art). Extensive CPD workshops and courses in both Dance and Yoga.
Classes: Yoga classes and retreat days.

Qualifications: I have been teaching for 3 years now and love practicing all styles of yoga. My classes are energy boosting, friendly and cater for all abilities and ages. I enjoy watching clients yoga practice grow and notice the difference their yoga practice is providing in their daily life.

Hobbies : Francesca is a busy Mum who loves yoga and martial arts practice

Qualifications : Francesca is a qulalified Ashtanga yoga teacher and a practicing Pilates and martial arts teacher. She teaches many styles of yoga but is joining Balance as our pilates teacher, with a regular Thursday evening class at 7.15pm. She will also provide cover for some of our yoga classes

Hobbies: Busy Mum and loves her fitness, enjoys all things family and friends
Qualifications: Anna  trained as a fitness instructor and personal trainer in 1996. She qualified as a Pilates teacher with the Pilates Institute in London in 2007. Her interest in remedial clients sparked the need to understand more about anatomy and physiology. She subsequently continued her training with Suzanne Scott in Castle Cary as a Foundation teacher in 2010/2011.
Classes: Pilates classes and retreat days.

Qualifications : Jon has been a Level 3 personal trainer for 16 years, he has worked in many gyms and health clubs and now trains people at home as well as here and the YMCA in Bath.

Scott Harris

Scott first starting learning kickboxing when he was 16 years old. Within two years he was picked to join the full contact team. His biggest achievement in the sport was fighting the No 3 in the world 60-65kg in a sanda kicking competition! After finished his degree in 2004 he decided he wanted to teach kickboxing for a living.  His biggest achievements as a coach are two of his students becoming the British Sanda Champions!
