Qualifications: Level 2, 3 and 4 personal trainer, kettlercise, TRX instructor and sports massage therapist. Ballet Barre instructor

As well as taking an active role in sports and fitness her whole life Vicky is now living her dream of soon becoming a PT, she also has a wealth of experience in marketing & communications, including event management and PR.

Qualifications: 500hr Vinyasa Flow Yoga in India, 200hr Hatha Yoga in Morocco and London both Yoga Alliance UK accredited. 2:1 BA Hons Creative Arts (Dance & Art). Extensive CPD workshops and courses in both Dance and Yoga.

Hobbies: A chilled Mum to my beautiful daughter, meditating, reading and meeting up with friends.
Qualifications: Ashtanga and Hatha yoga training in India, she also runs retreats in her native Italy and in and around Bath as well as at Balance

Jess is a Level 2 Gym Instructor & Level 3 Mat Pilates instructor who loves sharing her passion and knowledge with brand new and experienced practitioners alike. She is a true believer that exercise shouldn’t be taken too seriously (a little bit like life!) – as long as it makes you feel good. However don’t expect an easy ride!

Qualifications: Anna trained as a fitness instructor and personal trainer in 1996. She qualified as a Pilates teacher with the Pilates Institute in London in 2007. Her interest in remedial clients sparked the need to understand more about anatomy and physiology. She subsequently continued her training with Suzanne Scott in Castle Cary as a Foundation teacher in 2010/2011.

Kat’s yoga journey began in India in 2012. Two years later she took her yoga teacher training back in India with her teacher from Bristol. She has years of experience and incorporates ROM (range of movement) exercises into her classes to help her students gain mobility, not just flexibility. Kat believes real yoga is about listening to your own body – not forcing yourself to achieve a ‘shape’ your body is not yet ready for.
Expect Kat to challenge your understanding of your body. Expect her to break postures down into the minutiae using Iyengar inspired alignment cues. Kat will always ensure you are safe in your practice but she doesn’t expect you to follow blindly. Yoga is your journey. You must feel, you must connect to your own body to get the benefits this beautiful practice can bring. Kat brings an authentic yet modern approach to her classes. Expect chanting, modern yoga warm ups, strengthening exercises and traditional yoga postures. You will leave each class feeling calm, accomplished and stretched out.
