We are opening yoga on a Saturday morning. This will be every Saturday of the month at 8.30am with either Kara or Maddie
Both these instructors have many years of experience and the sessions will be good fun but you will be tested in your poses.
Why not come and do and extra session or try out this Saturday class on it’s own, get into those tight hips and shoulders, challenge the body and rest and relax after your hard work.
From March 2nd there will be a 09.45 Barre, a mix of Ballet, Core and Pilates moves to music
11.00am Circuits All round fitness outside in good weather, inside in Bad!!
There is also the chance to book a nice relaxing massage or reflexology treatment.
