Calling All Over 55’s

Would you like to improve your fitness, feel healthier and meet like-minded people local to you?

The Balance 55+ fitness programme, based at a small and friendly gym in Timsbury (on the outskirts of Bath) is the easiest way to return to or start your fitness journey.

This 8-week programme, aimed at building fitness, mobility, flexibility and strength and will help you lose weight and also improve muscle tone. This fantastic package allows you to take part in any 3 of our classes each week and we have classes available every day!


Our 8-week course costs just £6 per class – or a further discount to £5.60 if you pay in advance for the full 8 weeks.
