We run 6 week Teen Yoga Courses throughout the year
How about helping to relieve some of the pressure & stress that can often build up in young peoples lives by giving them the opportunity to join our Tuesday evening yoga classes.
These six week courses are specifically tailored to suit and meet the needs of teenagers. The movements will help increase flexibility and strengthen the body, poses will increase concentration, focus and will help to improve posture and finally stillness will encourage the mind and body to relax.
The classes will promote self confidence and teens will leave feeling empowered & free of some of the stresses of daily life!
Maddie is a highly experienced young yoga teacher who has been practicing all styles of yoga for over 3 years. The class sizes will be kept small, with no more than 8, so book early to avoid disappointment.
The next course will run from Tuesday the 7th May for 6 weeks, with a one week break for the May half term. (7th, 14th, 21st May, 4th, 11th, 18th June).
The 6 week course costs just £50 and we do have gift vouchers available.
