This class is designed to help those who are recovering from injury or who have not done much exercise and want to start to get fitter and stronger. This class is run by Oba Noakes who aims to get you fitter and stronger in your weaker areas of the body.
It is also aimed at those who are perhaps not that fit or coming back to fitness, who would find 1 hour of exercise a bit too much but need to get moving and stretching. It is still challenging and is a fun class for anyone unsure of gyms in general!
