Barre Classes

A cardio work out to music with 2 classes to choose from Ballet Barre and Cardio Barre.

If you are looking to improve your overall fitness, tone up and gain strength then join us at one or all of our fantastic Barre Classes.

Barre fitness classes are ballet inspired incorporating elements of ballet, pilates and dance all choreographed to music.

Cardio Barre is a high energy, low impact class combining barre work with light weights. Great for fat burning, toning and sculpting and elongating your muscles!

Great fun and very motivating!
