Eat your 5 a day!

Did you know that only one-third for British people meet the governments recommendation of the five portions of fruit and veg a day, with the average adult eating just four servings daily. Of those who don’t hit their target, 22% blamed cost, 22% said they didn’t care enough about their health and 16% simply didn’t know how to incorporate more veg into their diet. If you care about your health, and want to loose weight, eat more high-fibre, low-starch veg: e.g. Broccoli, and limit your intake of high sugar fruit based juices and ship bought smoothies.
