Wellness day 29th September

We are running a wellness day on the 29th September:

Book either a 1/2 day at £35 morning with lunch or lunch with afternoon and tea or for the full day at £60

09:30 am – Arrival and welcome
10:00 – 11:00am – Yoga with Kara Herbert
11:00 – 11:30 – Relaxing break with energy ball and Tea/water
11:30 – 12: 30 – Mindfullness session with Isabelle Arnold www.isabellearnold.co.uk
12:30 – 1:30 – Nutritious lunch
1:30 – 2:30 – Nutrition talk with Q&A session with Laura Hilton
2:45 – 3:45 – *TRE talk with Deborah Maddison
4:00 – 4:30 pm – Afternoon tea and cakes, Wildflour cake co (cakes by Jess Langford Snape).

Come along for a whole or 1/2 day and listen, take part and meet new people who can help you deal with the stress and strains of modern life, give you coping skills or just answer questions about how to eat, sleep function better.

Places are limited to 10 in the morning and 15 in the afternoon, so please book on our website or app early to avoid disappointment.
