Escape the festive madness with the Restorative yoga and yoga Nidra workshop to bring peace to body and mind.
Restorative yoga poses are seated, prone and supine, held for 5-10 minutes heavily supported by props to allow you to completely relax and rest.
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation practice that promotes deep rest and relaxation and reduces stress. Nidra offers a space to explore what you need in the moment as well as an opportunity to work on releasing long-held emotions.
