Yoga For Kids

Do you have a 5-7 year old who you would like to start yoga? It’s a great way to introduce them into this fantastic discipline where they will learn stretching and control as well as patience and quietness. It will be fun and only 3/14 hour.

To book for the 5-7 year olds this will be on the 1st and 3rd Saturday in the month at 9am followed by Adult yoga at 10am.
