Ski Fit for the Slopes

Get those abs, legs and all your body fit and toned for Skiing in this high energy work out.
Using body weight and some fantastic equipment such as the Ski Erg, rower and bike as well a body weight exercises, this workout is a fantastic way to up your fitness level in a small group.
There is never a change to get bad form creeping into the work outs! Great fun group….get ready for the slopes!
