Working on tabata training Sue will be putting your legs and core through it’s paces, starting with basic squats and working up to Burpees and ski squats as well as other high intensity interval leg and core exercises.
No more than 6 to a class we will make sure your knees are protected and your Glutes and Quads do the work and that good form is used throughout.
