So the Summer is leaving and the Autumn is arriving and our attention is turning to the slopes for the Winter!

Are your legs and core ready for this action packed week? No? Well this could be the class for you…..

Working on tabata training Sue will be putting your legs and core through it’s paces, starting with basic squats and working up to Burpees and ski squats as well as other high intensity interval leg and core exercises.

No more than 6 to a class we will make sure your knees are protected and your Glutes and Quads do the work and that good form is used throughout.
