Kettlercise

Kettlercise is a specific kettle bell class designed to work the whole body continuously for 37 minutes with a lighter weight than your usual kettle bell weight.

Sarah has been instructing Kettlercise for a number of years and will take you though the various programs that are challenging, enduring and highly rewarding.

It melts fat, redefines your abs, increases lean, toned muscle for a more sculpted appearance. It’s an all over body transformation, fat loss and toning program which is already a proven success and. It’s effective and destroys the myth that you need heavy weights to get the results you want.
