Your legs are formed by the biggest muscle groups in the body, and so working this in an intense class can seriously burn calories and create lean muscle which will naturally speed up your metabolism.

We will focus on legs, hips and abs with this new and energising class. We try out various squats, lunges and sit ups in a creative program, specially devised to target this area and get you to a strong and lean body.

The program involves single leg work, hip strengthening and balancing so you can support yourself better in the activities you do on a daily basis.
