This is an hour of set exercises on a Saturday covering strength and agility with different stations to time. We will run this outside unless the weather is bad in which case it will be in the gym.
Be prepared to work hard in a fun atmosphere with no more than 8 in a class, so loads of attention to form.
Sue will put you thorough your paces for the start of the week and this is free to members and £5 for non members ( Mondays at 7.00pm OUTDOORS)
Plus come every 2nd and 4th Saturday and do indoor or outdoor circuits weather dependent with Oba…she will again work you hard, but expect fun along with the pain!!
