Boxercise Class

Have you ever wanted to learn how to box? This is a great way to learn, whether you have boxed before or if you are a complete beginner. You will gain loads from this class as the class size of 6-8 people will make sure you get a lot of attention to form and be made to work hard. This class is 45 minutes long and will also be interspersed with other exercises to add variety.

You will learn how to use the pads and gloves and it’s a great way to alleviate aggression, stress and have a great work out in a fun session. It is open to both men and woman.

With bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods, we ensure you are pushed to your limits but not broken.
