Boom Bang H.I.I.T
This is an exercise version of Muay Thai with HIIT elements and will be an hour long. Boom Bang H.I.I.T, an amazing, dynamic and whole body high interval cardio system that uniquely uses the skills of my Muay Thai influenced self-defence.
He loves to see people buddying up and sharing the buzz we all get from Boom Bang H.I.I.T.
You will be shown the correct way to box, kick box and arm and shin box as well as combine this with other elements. There will be pads, so that there is no worry of injury and this is not dangerous!! You will sweat and laugh and generally have a great time.
