Barre Concept

A cardio work out to music there are 3 classes of Barre Concept to choose from. Barre is the exercise of the moment! So come along and see what all the excitement is about. Participants are encouraged to think about their body from the inside out, whilst challenging and improving Strength, Flexibility and Endurance using Ballet moves.

This workout is fun and will improve your postural alignment and core stability.
