A cardio work out to music there are 3 classes of Barre Concept to choose from.

If you are looking to improve your overall fitness, tone up and gain strength then join us at one or all of our fantastic Barre Classes.

Barre fitness classes are ballet inspired incorporating elements of ballet, pilates and dance all choreographed to music.
