Why not set yourself a challenge?
So my two weeks away cycling 502km from Vietnam to Cambodia were a huge success and I managed to raise a brilliant amount of money for The Willow Foundation whilst doing it 🙂
If you put your mind to it, you can do anything. It’s really important to have goals to work towards so why not set yourself a challenge to get fit for? It could be to run your first ever 5k race, or to build your core strength. No challenge is too big or too small and here at Balance we want to help you achieve your goals. With this bike trek, I practised what I preach and committed to getting fit to ride across two countries in a hot climate! Here are some photos to show what an amazing experience it was.
